Role of the Board of Trustees

• Provide the basis, the legal foundation, for commencing post-secondary educational offerings at secondary schools and other cooperating sites.
• Establish policies and serve to provide fiscal oversight.
• Through the administration, handle contractual agreements with post-secondary institutions and school districts.
• Work in cooperation with all educational partners to provide the best services for all students.
• As a result, each partner will deal with only one entity – ECUA.
